Saluministi is a Melbourne Paninoteca born from a love of Italian food, culture, family, and the simple belief that every panino tells a story worth sharing. What started through events, festivals, and a small North Melbourne pop-up quickly grew into something much bigger, built on passion, authenticity, and a genuine love for what we do. More than 10 years later, with three Melbourne CBD locations, a thriving corporate catering and events arm, and an incredible community of loyal customers, Saluministi has grown into one of Melbourne’s most recognised Italian food brands.

Everything we possibly can is made by us, for us, in-house, from our focaccia and sweets to our hand crumbed cotoletta and famous roasted porchetta.  We use only the best ingredients we can source locally and abroad.  We’re obsessed with quality, detail, and constantly pushing ourselves to create what we believe is the best Italian Paninoteca in Melbourne.

Deeply passionate about Italian culture, food, coffee, music, and community, Peter genuinely loves what he does, and the city he gets to do it in.
