Terms and conditions of entry

Saluministi Festa Giveaway 2026

The Promoter

  1. The Promoter is Saluministi Pty Ltd (ABN 16 699 259 197) of 892 Bourke Street, Docklands VIC 3008 (the Promoter).

  2. These terms form part of the promotion. By entering, entrants accept these terms.

Promotional period

  1. The promotion opens at 11:00am AEDT on Saturday 17 October 2026 and closes at 8:30pm AEDT on Sunday 18 October 2026 (the Promotional Period). Entries received outside the Promotional Period are invalid.

Eligibility

  1. Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over.

  2. Employees of the Promoter, Pep Agency, and any agency or business directly involved in running this promotion, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter. Immediate family means spouse, partner, parent, child and sibling, whether or not they live in the same household.

How to enter

  1. To enter, an entrant must, during the Promotional Period:

  1. scan the QR code displayed at the Saluministi stand at the Melbourne Italian Festa 2026, Royal Exhibition Building, Carlton;

  2. complete the online form with their first name, surname and email address; and

  3. agree to join the Saluministi email list by ticking the consent box, and submit the form.

  1. Entry is free. No purchase is necessary. Entrants are responsible for any standard data charges from their mobile provider.

  2. Existing members of the Saluministi email list may enter by completing the form.

  3. Each person may enter once only. Entries are limited to one per email address. Multiple entries from the same person will be treated as a single entry.

  4. Incomplete, illegible, or incorrect entries, and entries made using automated, bulk or false details, are invalid.

Unsubscribing

  1. An entrant who unsubscribes from the Saluministi email list after entering remains in the draw. Unsubscribing does not affect eligibility to win.

The draw

  1. The draw will take place at 11:00am AEDT on Monday 19 October 2026 at 892 Bourke Street, Docklands VIC 3008, by random selection from all valid entries. It will be witnessed by a person independent of the promotion.

  2. One winning entry will be drawn, followed by three reserve entries, in the order drawn. Reserve entries are used only if the winning entry is invalid or the prize is unclaimed.

  3. If the prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to applicable law.

Prizes

  1. There is one prize: a set of three Saluministi panettone, valued at $255 (including GST). The total prize pool is $255 (including GST).

  2. The prize will be [available for collection from 892 Bourke Street, Docklands VIC 3008, during store trading hours / delivered to the winner's address in metropolitan Melbourne].

  3. The prize cannot be redeemed for cash, exchanged or transferred, and will not be replaced if lost or damaged after it is handed to the winner. Panettone is a food product. Allergen and best-before information is on the packaging, and the winner is responsible for checking it before eating.

  4. The prize will be provided to the winner within 28 days of the draw, by Monday 16 November 2026.

Notifying the winner

  1. The winner will be notified by email within two business days of the draw.

  2. The winner must respond to the notification within seven days to claim the prize. The Promoter may ask the winner to verify their identity and age.

  3. If the winner does not respond within seven days, or their entry is invalid, the prize will be offered to the next reserve entry in the order drawn. Reserve entrants will be notified by email and must respond within three days.

  4. The Promoter will publish the winner's first name and surname initial on its Instagram account @saluministi.paninoteca after the draw, only with the winner's consent.

Privacy

  1. The Promoter collects entrants' personal information to run this promotion and to add entrants to the Saluministi email list, as they have agreed on the entry form.

  2. The Promoter will send entrants emails about Saluministi's products, events and news, about once a month. Every email includes a working unsubscribe link.

  3. The Promoter may share personal information with its service providers, including its email platform and Pep Agency, solely to run this promotion and send those emails. The Promoter will not sell entrants' personal information or share it with any other third party for their own marketing.

  4. The Promoter's privacy policy, available at www.saluministi.com.au/privacy-policy, explains how entrants can access or correct their information and how to make a complaint. Entrants can contact the Promoter at info@saluministi.com.au.

General

  1. The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, provides false details, or breaches these terms.

  2. If the promotion cannot run as planned because of fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, the Promoter may, subject to applicable law, modify, suspend or cancel it.

  3. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss arising from this promotion or any prize, except loss caused by the Promoter's negligence or breach of these terms.

  4. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Meta, the Melbourne Italian Festa 2026 organisers, or Bialetti.

  5. The Promoter will keep records of this promotion for three years after the draw.

  6. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
